These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our WhatsApp business line, and the products and services we provide. By engaging with us, you accept these Terms.

1. Our service

Souvenir ATX is a B2B wholesale supplier of custom-branded promotional merchandise based in Austin, Texas, USA. We do not sell single retail units through this website. All orders are quoted, branded, and fulfilled after direct communication with our team.

2. Quotes and orders

  • Browse our catalog and contact us via WhatsApp or email with the products, quantities, and your logo.
  • We provide a written wholesale quote, typically within 24 hours.
  • Once you approve the quote and issue payment per the terms in that quote, the order is placed.
  • A digital proof of the branded product is sent for your approval before production starts.
  • Production begins only after written proof approval.

3. Pricing

The prices shown on our website (when shown) are reference samples only. Real wholesale pricing depends on product, quantity, branding technique, and lead time, and is provided in writing in each quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, balance due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed in your quote.

5. Intellectual property

  • You retain full ownership of your logo and any brand assets you provide.
  • By providing assets, you represent that you have the right to print them on merchandise.
  • We retain ownership of our website content, photography, and product catalog.

6. Lead times and delays

Lead times are stated in each quote and start the business day after you approve the digital proof. Delays caused by force majeure (carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, natural disasters) are not our responsibility, though we will communicate promptly and offer reasonable alternatives.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, including printing copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive content for which you do not have rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souvenir ATX's total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version always applies.
