Refund Policy

Effective May 15, 2026

1. Custom-branded orders are non-refundable

Because every Souvenir ATX order is custom-printed with your logo and produced to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or color/material preferences after the proof has been approved.

2. Defects and shipping damage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a unit arrives defective, damaged in transit, or differs materially from the approved proof, we will replace it at no cost. You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery, at info@souveniratx.com, with:

  • Order number or quote reference
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage and of the shipping box

Once verified, we’ll either ship replacements (most common) or refund the affected units at our discretion.

3. Order cancellations

  • Before proof approval: full refund of any deposit, minus any costs already incurred (artwork preparation, materials).
  • After proof approval and production start: not refundable, as production is already underway with your branding.

4. Quantity tolerance

Industry standard for custom-branded production allows a small over/under-run on quantity (typically ±3% for orders over 100 units). You will be invoiced for the exact quantity shipped.

5. Sample units

Pre-production samples (when offered for an order) are not refundable as their cost is included in the quote and they are produced specifically to test branding before bulk production.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
