1. Where we ship
Souvenir ATX ships custom-branded orders anywhere in the United States. For orders within Austin and the surrounding Texas metro area, free local pickup is available by appointment. International shipping (outside the U.S.) is available case-by-case and quoted separately.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated per order based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and is included in your wholesale quote. We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on what is most efficient and cost-effective for your order.
3. Lead times
Shipping is the final step of your order timeline. Total lead time = production + transit.
- Production: 5 to 15 business days, depending on quantity, branding technique, and product. Stated explicitly in your quote.
- Transit: Standard ground in the U.S. is typically 2–5 business days; expedited and overnight are available on request.
If you have a hard event date, tell us at quote time so we can plan accordingly.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email on file. You can track at the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 5 business days of delivery at info@souveniratx.com with photos. We’ll work with the carrier and arrange replacement or credit.
6. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at quote approval. Re-shipping for incorrect addresses is the buyer’s expense.
